I’m really excited to share this review of the Living Gluten Free E-book. The book was written by two lovely gals, Meg and Lacy. The e-book is very informative on the way gluten affects your body, what celiac disease is, cross contamination in restaurants and much more. Gluten is such a dangerous substance, especially if your body does not agree with it. It can take weeks, even months for gluten to get out of your body. Gluten is a protein found in wheat, rye, barley and their derivatives. Oats, normally are gluten-free, but because of cross contamination sometimes will have gluten on them, because of the manufacturing process. This e-book completely informed me about the dangers of gluten, and just how much damage it can do to your body. It also gives a list of always safe foods and products that have gluten. Meg and Lacy also give a nice selection of recipes that are gluten-free. They all look delicious!
