Super Healthy Banana Bread

Last week I posted a recipe for banana bread.  This weekend I decided to make it.  I made a few adjustments to make it even healthier. 
Remember bananas are your best on the run breakfast, loaded with potassium. 

Banana Bread
2 C. whole wheat flour
1 teas. baking soda
1/4 teas. salt
1/2 C. sugar free applesauce
3/4 C. honey
2 eggs beaten
3 mashed bananas

Preheat oven to 350.  Lightly grease 9×5 loaf pan.
In large bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt.  In a separate bowl mix together applesauce and honey.  Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended.  Stir banana mixture into flour mixture, stir just to moisten.  Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 60 min, let cool for 10.
