Good2Go

We are so excited to share one of our absolute favorite protein bars with you. Good2Go Organic Protein Bars, G2G. Niki and I are always on the Go. Up at 4:30 am, prayers and meditation, enjoying a cup of coffee, setting our intentions and not stopping until we collapse around 8 or 9 pm, everyday! So, when we need to fuel up G2G bars are our go too. I feel confident about putting the quality ingredients Good2Go use into to my body. Not only are the ingredients the highest quality, but they are also delicious.

Not only are Niki and I fans of G2G Bars, but Eleanor also loves them too.

Attn: moms with teens

Researchers at UCSB are looking for MOMS and TEENS (14-18) to participate in a PAID STUDY!

We are looking for local teens (14-18) and their mothers who are willing to participate in the UCSB Parent-Teen Study.  Participating in the study takes about one hour and involves having conversations with one another about different topics, including relationships, dating, sexuality, sexual orientation, marriage, and families.

There are lots of perks to participating!  You and your teen will each earn $15 cash for your time.  This is also a great opportunity to expose your teen to university research as they may be preparing to apply for college themselves.  Ultimately, the researchers will use information gathered through the study to create parenting workshops to help other parents have these conversations with their teens!

Appointments are available daily, including weekends.  Call Audrey at (805) 380-6897 to sign up or learn more about the study.  Or visit: ucsbstudy.wix.com/ucsbstudy

If you are reading this and aren’t a mom or teen, please feel free to share the link with someone you know who is!
