After being on a complete junk food binge, I’m back to being somewhat healthy. I remember back in the day, when I had a flat tummy, I would wake up in the morning and start my day with a bowl of Fage 0% greek yogurt. I have tried lots of different greek yogurts, but this is, by far, the best one in my book. It’s gluten-free, vegetarian, diabetic-friendly, protein-rich, pregnancy-friendly, and has no added sweeteners or preservative’s. The way that I eat Fage yogurt, is by adding strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries, then I add hemp seeds, we like this brand and use almost all of their products. Sometimes I will add Chia seeds, and almost always I will add maca powder. It’s such a healthy breakfast, or even a mid afternoon snack that won’t make you feel guilty. You can also find lots of different recipes on the Fage website, that are easy to make. So do yourself, or better yet, your body a favor, and go grab some healthy deliciousness and indulge!
