Currently Noshing…

 This weeks addictive eating pattern is with asparagus, wrapped with prosciutto.  Oh my, it is delicious! and super easy to put together.  Just grab Trader Joe’s already trimmed asparagus, they also sell the prosciutto there, wrap the asparagus with it, drizzle with a little bit of olive oil, and season them up with whatever you want.  Cook at 350, for 20 minutes.  Don’t eat meat?  Forget the prosciutto.  Asparagus is yummy all by itself, with a squeeze of lemon juice on it.
