This week isn’t so much a noshing topic, but more of a sipping topic. I am currently hooked on iced coffee with cinnamon, loads of cinnamon. Cinnamon has huge health benefits to it, and actually so does coffee, if consumed moderately. I’m not sure I can honestly say that I consume coffee moderately. I’ve even started making it at home for an afternoon pick-me-up. It’s yummy!
All you have to do is make coffee, I use a french press, let the coffee cool, I put it in the refrigerator (because I’m super impatient and can’t wait for anything longer than 2 minutes), when the coffee is cooled, pour over ice, leaving room for milk or cream, whichever you prefer, and lastly pour loads of cinnamon over the top of your drink. I like to take a straw or a spoon and mix. I will let you know ahead of time, that the cinnamon does not completely mix in to the coffee as you can see from the pictures below, doesn’t matter it’s still da bomb!!!
