We are HUGE advocates of drinking the purest, cleanest water. We firmly believe in equal amounts of filtered Real Water, and coconut water. Our favorite company for coconut water is, C2O coconut water. I love incorporating the coconut water in all of my smoothies. Coconut water is filled with so many potent vitamins and minerals, and is a wonderful way to stay hydrated.
Some people I have mentioned coconut water to, don’t care for it. And, to be honest, I wasn’t a huge fan at first. So, if you have trouble drinking it, add it to your smoothies. It really is such a healthy additive, that you do want to try to incorporate it somehow into your daily routine.
