We continue our healthy eating/snacking series with Nourish Snacks. I was really looking forward to trying Nourish snacks. I’ve heard a little about them, and loved the idea of having a nutritional snack for the on-the-go person. I like to snack, matter of fact, all of my meals could be snacks. I’d much rather eat more, small bites, than three big meals. I always have my protein balls in the refrigerator for my go-to snack, but they are not ideal for putting in my purse. So, these little packets are perfect. None of them are over 200 calories.
They offer a great sampler pack. This would be a good one to start with, so you could figure out which flavors you like. We tried, honey bee good, monkey love, cocoa loco, miss popular, and holy habanero. I liked the honey bee good and the monkey love. Dave also liked the honey bee good.
