Kale Chips


We have been trying to make some really easy kale chips over here. So here is the simplest recipe, that taste the best!


1 head of fresh organic kale


cover leaves in olive oil


sea salt

pepper

Mix altogether with your hands and make sure all leaves are covered.
Spread the leaves out on a cookie sheet (ungreased)
Bake at 350 for 5-10 minutes, depending on your oven.


Enjoy the healthiest snack around!
