I must share with you the most amazing pancake that I have ever had. It is so easy to make. Some refer to it as a Dutch pancake or a puff pancake. You will never want a regular pancake again. If I didn’t have to worry about gaining weight I’d eat this more than I’d admit, for sure.
Here is what you’ll need:
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
dash of salt
dash of cinnamon
1 tbsp butter
Preheat oven to 425.
Whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.
While oven is preheating, melt the butter in a pie pan or a 9 inch square pan.
Pour the batter into the hot melted butter pan.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until pancake is firm and puffed around the edges.
Serve with powdered sugar, maple syrup and/or fruit.
